For example. In achieving goals, dreams are set and chased. It could be short or long-term dreams, but whichever one; it is very necessary to work according to the set goals and actualize this dream. Dreams can change and goals can become obsolete in the future and it may become very unnecessary to even set goals because of this reason.
Another bad thing about setting long-term goals to achieve a dream job is your expectations can be too high. Over time you can start to lose motivation because you are constantly studying and you want to quit.
