It was crazy to think such a horrible event in time truly happened in under 4 years. The Holocaust started to begin in 1939 when Germany invaded Poland which was the home to many jews. All over Européenne people who were jews began to worry for their life’s at stake so they tried to hide, to make matters worse they had to wear a star pin saying ‘jew.’ Many people’s lives were taken as from babies to elders they were killed or sent to a concentration camp to die there. Although, this was a tragic event on May 8th, 1945 it all ended and the surviving jews were released.
