is the story the black aeroplane reality or fantasy

Answers

Answer:

The black aeroplane is fantasy.

Explanation:

The reasons behind this answer are that in the first place the pilot goes into a storm, then in the storm, there are very dark clouds that make him lose control as breaking the airplane's tools. An example of this is the compass that stops working. This can happen. However, in real life, it changes its magnetism and keeps pointing to a new magnetic spot. While in the story it spins like crazy. But the major factor is that inside that chaotic storm he finds another place and his pilot guide him to land just to find out the plane disappeared.

what does johnathans attitude toward these blessings show you about the nature of the nigerian civil war

Answers

Answer:

Jonathan's grateful attitude toward his blessings reveals that the Nigerian Civil War was brutal and had adverse effects on the Igbo people, or South Easterners.

Explanation:

The book, "Civil Peace", by Chinua Achebe tells the story of Jonathan Iwegbu, an Igbo man who survived the disastrous civil war. The war was fought between the state of Biafra and the Nigerian government from the year 1967 till 1970. The Biafrans believed that they were marginalized by the Nigerian government, leading to the declaration of the Republic of Biafra in 1967.

The five blessings Jonathan Iwegbu was grateful for include; his family, consisting of his wife and three children out of four, their survival, his bicycle, the fact that his house in Enugu was still standing,  as well as the money and belongings he had left. These blessings are rare for most people who experienced war. It also reveals the severity of the war as millions died from the war and did not have as much after the war. Therefore Johnathan's blessings were a cause for rejoicing.

Where is one place in the world you would like to visit? Explain why you would want to visit this place, and what you would want to do or see once you arrive. Include specific details and examples in your response

Answers

I would one day love to visit France. Not only is it’s beauty overwhelming but the history and cuisine calls me. I’d of course want to travel to Paris and see the sights but I’d also want to indulge in as much food as I could possibly eat. I imagine waking up on a bright yet foggy Sunday morning, and walking to the local café for a hot cup of coffee and a pastry of some sort. Then for lunch I’d walk amongst the other busy people to a big restaurant, somewhere with a great view. So perhaps, I’d choose to go to Le Tréport. Amazing views of the transparent yet blue tinted waves crashing up against the rocks with power and emotion, as if they were alive! Lastly, for dinner. I’d go to a small, family owned kitchen, and ask the waiter for their favorite dish on the menu. Not only do I feel that France can bring out the creativity in someone, I feel that it brings out ones spontaneity. I would love the darker, more negative side of me to disappear as my creativity and love for travel flourished in France!

CAN I BE BRAINLIEST PLEASE?

"But it's only a big pencil," the Humbug objected, tapping it with his cane. "True enough," agreed the Mathemagician, "but once you learn to use it, there's no end to what you can do." What theme is represented by these lines?

Answers

Since there are no options to this question, nor have I been able to find any options online, I'll just answer with an interpretation of the excerpt.

Answer:

The theme represented by this line is that if you are an educated person, there is nothing you cannot do. Education is the secret to achieving anything.

Explanation:

In "The Phantom Tollbooth", the pencil is called "a magic staff". Its true magic relies on the person's capacity to use it. If you know Math, if you know languages, if you know any other subject that you like, you can work wonders with a pencil. It is a simple object that can bring to life your ideas, which can even change the world. That is what the Mathemagician reveals as the dialog progresses:

"But it's only a big pencil," the Humbug objected, tapping at it with his cane.

"True enough," agreed the Mathemagician; "but once you learn to use it, there's no end to what you can do."

"Can you make things disappear?" asked Milo excitedly.

"Why, certainly," he said, striding over to the easel. "Just step a little closer and watch carefully."

After demonstrating that there was nothing up his sleeves, in his hat, or behind his back, he wrote quickly:

4 + 9 − 2 × 16 + 1 ÷ 3 × 6 − 67 + 8 × 2 − 3 + 26 − 1 ÷ 34 + 3 ÷ 7 + 2 − 5 =

Then he looked up expectantly. "Seventeen!" shouted the bug, who always managed to be first with the wrong answer.

"It all comes to zero," corrected Milo.

"Precisely," said the Mathemagician, making a very theatrical bow, and the entire line of numbers vanished before their eyes.

A circle is inscribed with quadrilateral A B C D. Let the measure of Arc B C D = a. Because Arc B C D and Arc B A D form a circle, and a circle measures 360, the measure of Arc B A D is 360 a. Because of the ________ theorem, mA = StartFraction a Over 2 EndFraction degrees and mC = StartFraction 360 minus a Over 2 EndFraction degrees. The sum of the measures of angles A and C is (StartFraction a Over 2 EndFraction) + StartFraction 360 minus a Over 2 EndFraction degrees, which is equal to StartFraction 360 degrees Over 2 EndFraction, or 180. Therefore, angles A and C are supplementary because their measures add up to 180. Angles B and D are supplementary because the sum of the measures of the angles in a quadrilateral is 360. mA + mC + mB + mD = 360, and using substitution, 180 + mB + mD = 360, so mB + mD = 180.What is the missing information in the paragraph proof?inscribed anglepolygon interior angle sumquadrilateral angle sumangle bisector Which statement bestillustrates how a leader might use pathos in a wartimespeech?
