Answer:
He didn't attach the order form, greet the client, or address them formally. They didn't specify the subject or label who they were talking to.
Explanation:
An email is a formal address for work, business, and sometimes educational purposes. It has 8 components(8 tips/steps) to make it work. It is mainly for professional purposes and needs to include these steps.
1. Email component.
When sending an email, you need to address the person you're sending it to through it, and make sure it's just that person by checking. Otherwise, you could've just sent the email to the whole office.
2. Carbon copy
Send a copy of the email to another recipient. It'll notify the recipient of what you sent, but doesn't need a reaction.
For example, send your friend or colleague an essay for opinions before sending it in to be published.
3. Blind carbon copy
Send a copy of the email to another person without mentioning the initial reciever. It notifies the recipient of the content, but action isn't required. Cofidnetiality however, does.
4. The subject. Try to make it as clear and obvious as possible when you send the email.
5. Salutation
Address the recipient with a formal greeting. Use proper grammar and spelling.
6. Block paragraph format
Blocked paragraphs with one space between salutation, paragraphs and closing. The message is to be standard and grammatically correct. Make it completely formal.
7. Closing
Include a formal closing and follow it with regards and comma.
8. Signoff
Sign off with signature or full name. Put your title under signoff.

Subject: Practices to be prohibited among the students and habits to be promoted among the teachers.
Dear Sir,
It is with utmost concern that I am writing to you about our school's take on certain issues, both for the students as well as the teachers. I have noticed that many of our students have got so accustomed to their cell phones and other technological devices that it is almost near impossible to take regular and interactive classes. As I have noticed in my own class, many of the students don't seem to be interested in classes anymore.
And as many parents have also pointed out, I think it is important that we consider prohibiting the use of cell phones inside the classrooms. Also, the culture of allowing students to stay out of class if they are not interested should also be reviewed.
And for the teachers, I have seen that many teachers have taken upon themselves to prohibit the use of cellphones in class and give punishment to anyone found violating the rules. Though this hasn't been 'legally and validly' made a school rule, it is my view that teachers be allowed to practice such acts so as to make their students more attentive. Also, I feel that teachers be given more rights to do whatever they feel right for their class as long as it promotes teaching and learning in their classes without the opposition from the school.
So, I would like to request you to take them into consideration and hope you can make some changes to our education system.
Thank you.
Regards,
Miss Richards.

Now that you've spotted the problems of shift of person and shift of number, revise the paragraph by removing these inconsistencies. Rewrite the paragraph, maintaining consistency by using first person plural when referring to the readers, and third person plural nouns and pronouns in referring to those being judged.
In the story, "The Valiant Woman" by J. J. Powers, we find that in judging people we overlook most of the characteristics that draw us to him, but we do so without realizing it. You can draw inaccurate conclusions about a person by misjudging their facial expressions, their physical stamina, and their obvious personality traits. When people are blinded by false superiority, they judge a person incorrectly because they fail to see them as they really are.

Which statement best describes anecdotal evidence? It is convincing, reliable, and accepted. It is entertaining, memorable, and relatable. It is insightful, undeniable, and entertaining. It is likely dry, impersonal, and unconvincing.
Answer:
B). It is entertaining, memorable, and relatable.
Explanation:
Anecdotal evidence is elucidated as the evidence that is based heavily upon personal testimony or experiences. Such evidence is collected in a very informal or casual manner through the speaker's personal observations, readings, experiences, etc. and therefore, it is highly entertaining, memorable, as well as relatable' as the readers can associate themselves with these personal experiences. However, anecdotal evidence is less reliable due to cognitive bias that allows individuals to share only notable instances rather typical ones and also because its validity can not be investigated through the scientific approach. Thus, option B is the correct answer.

Read the paragraph, which is a summary of a slave narrative by Olaudah Equiano.
[1] While he was working for Thomas Farmer, he began to buy fruits and other goods and sell them himself.
[2] He faced insults and difficulties doing this; however, he was determined to continue making money, which
he did. [3] He wanted to obtain enough savings to buy his freedom, which Robert King had promised him he
could do for the same amount that King had paid for him. [4] When he had saved enough money, he bought
his freedom from King and lived the rest of his life as a free man.
Which sentence in the paragraph is structured differently than the others?
O sentence 1
O sentence 2
O sentence 3
O sentence 4
Answer:
[2] He faced insults and difficulties doing this; however, he was determined to continue making money, which he did.
Explanation:
Considering the four sentences given in the question, we can see that these sentences all contain dependent and independent clauses except for sentence [2} which uses a conjunctive adverb "however". This sentence contains two independent clauses that are joined by the word "however".
Sentences [1], [3], and [4] all contain one dependent clause and one independent clause. But, sentence [2] contains two independent clauses "He faced insults and difficulties doing this" and "he was determined to continue making money, which he did". And these two independent clauses are joined by the conjunctive adverb "however', making it into one single sentence.
Thus, the correct answer is option/ sentence [2].
