it all started when i missed my flight

Answers

This was the start of a 12 hour, 100 mile journey that should have taken about 3 hours. We were flying from Exeter to Guernsey and then onto a ferry to the small island of Herm. If we hadn’t missed this flight then we could have been on our hotel by about midday, however due to many unforseen events we eventually arrived at about midnight. This is that story.

It started when we had to get to Exeter airport. The traffic was terrible and we knew that when we got onto the motorway we had no chance. No problem here though as we called Flybe to explain the problem and they moved us onto the next flight at midday. That’s three hours later than our original.

We thought that was the end but no, after the flight we left guernsey airport and took the free bus to the ferry port. This is the real nightmare. It was stormy and foggy, a ships nightmare. As we boarded the staff seemed on edge, understandable in these conditions.

It should have taken about 30 minutes to get to herm but we had to go slowly for safety. It was clear halfway through, after an almighty bang that our slow and steady hadn’t worked. We had hit one of the sand banks in the channel. Usually they are visible but due to the conditions they basically disappear.

Luckily the boat was flat bottomed and hadn’t been damaged but it was still very stuck on top of this sand bank. We sat on this boat for the next four hours, waiting for the weather to clear enough for a tug boat to come and pull us free.

Eventually after seven hours of delay from missing the flight and then getting stuck on this sand bank, we had to return to Guernsey, change boat as ours had to be inspected and then after another two hour wait at the ferry port, finally boarded the boat over to herm. It took two long hours as the boat had to again go so slowly because of the fog.

This is easily my missed flight nightmare. Although not all elements were flights, if we were on the first plane then we could have been in our hotel after three hours.

There are many asides in the tragic play "Macbeth," and this question does not specify to which one it refers. Thus, we can only provide you with examples of hashtags to use. For instance, at the beginning of Act I, we could a hashtag with the words "blessed" and "ambitious" since Macbeth is happy about the prophecy that he will be king, but does not intend to do anything right away. However, in scene 3, we could use the hashtag with the words "ambitious" and "murderous intent," as Macbeth begins to consider killing King Duncan.

Using real-life hashtags such as "blessed" will create a sense of humor, especially when connected with the tragedy we know to take place in the play.

The description that helped to develop the characters in the story is "They show how different the two sisters are." Hence, Option C is the correct answer.

What do we mean by character in the story?

A character is any animated figure who appears in a story. As a result, unless they have been personified and given life, non-living objects and plants are unlikely to be considered characters.

The development of a character reveals their complexity and depth. A character may be fully developed at the start of the story, or the author may decide to grow that character gradually as the plot progresses. A character may also be well-developed early in the story but not fully revealed to the reader until much later. Without characters, no literary work would be complete. They support the narrative and, depending on how the characters are built, can help bring it to life.

Summary:

Romeo Montague, one of the main characters in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, is known for his impulsive and passionate personality. He falls deeply in love with Juliet at first sight and their love leads to tragic events that end in both their deaths. This playlist reflects on the intense emotions and dramatic moments of their relationship.

"Can't Help Falling in Love" by Elvis Presley

"Wise men say, only fools rush in" I chose this song because it reflects Romeo's impulsiveness and how he can't help but fall in love with Juliet, despite the danger and obstacles in their way.

"Young and Beautiful" by Lana Del Rey

"Will you still love me when I'm no longer young and beautiful?" This song reflects the youth and innocence of Romeo and Juliet's love, as well as their fear of its inevitable end.

"Love Hurts" by Nazareth

"Love hurts, love scars, love wounds and marks" This song speaks to the pain and suffering that comes with Romeo and Juliet's love, especially given the feud between their families.

"I Will Always Love You" by Whitney Houston

"I will always love you" This song reflects Romeo's unwavering devotion to Juliet, despite the challenges and obstacles they face.

"The Power of Love" by Celine Dion

"The power of love, a force from above, cleaning my soul" This song speaks to the transformative power of love, which has the ability to change people and even overcome the greatest of obstacles, much like how Romeo's love for Juliet transforms him from a melancholic young man to a passionate lover.
