For example, according to Source A, "Sometimes an individual with a certain blood type may only receive blood from another individual with the same blood type." "A person with blood type AB died after receiving blood from a person with blood type B," you read in Source B. true or false English vowels are easier for students to pronounce and write than consonants
It is true that English vowels are easier to say and write than consonants for students. Contrary to consonants, vowels are more challenging to learn. Usually, each consonant is only uttered once.
A consonant or pronounce can be rationally inserted into any word once you have mastered how to form it with your teeth, tongue, and lips. Vowels are more challenging, on the other hand. It makes sense that some beginning readers have trouble with vowels because they can be difficult.
The origin of the noises is what led to this. Consonant sounds, which are made by letters like p, t, and l, are louder and more distinct than vowel sounds. The sound is produced by your lips, tongue, or airflow restriction.

By having property rights in place, there is an incentive for creators to produce quality works since their works are protected and can be monetized. This incentive of being able to make money from creating artwork increases the cost of production, making it more difficult for art to be supplied to the market. B. understanding how conflict is essential for social change
C. showing how short periods of conflict pave the way for long-term social stability
D. understanding the role of conflict at all scales of investigation—from the family to the nation
Hence option A,B and C are correct.
The conflict theory's fundamental tenets are;
- Understanding how power imbalances affect how conflict is structured.
- Recognizing the impact of systemic causes of conflict on how individuals feel, think, and act.
- Examining the role that social structures and norms have in shaping conflict.
Conflict theory stresses the importance of rivalry, power, and inequality in creating social order. It is a perspective on social and political life. It is predicated on the premise that conflicts will eventually result from power struggles and rivalry between various interests, which underpin all kinds of social structure.
How this operates on many sizes, from the family to the nation, is explained by the founding principles of conflict theory. It acknowledges that social structures and social norms influence how conflict is represented and that power imbalances play a significant part in shaping the conflict process. Additionally, it implies that consensus-building over conflict is a desirable objective and that brief episodes of conflict can foster long-term societal stability. Title: Mexicans Begin Jogging
At the factory I worked
In the fleck of rubber, under the press
Of an oven yellow with flame,
Until the border patrol opened
Their vans and my boss waved for us to run.
“Over the fence, Soto,” he shouted,
And I shouted that I was American.
“No time for lies,” he said, and pressed
A dollar in my palm, hurrying me
Through the back door.
Since I was on his time, I ran
And became the wag to a short tail of Mexicans—
Ran past the amazed crowds that lined
The street and blurred like photographs, in rain.
I ran from that industrial road to the soft
Houses where people paled at the turn of an autumn sky.
What could I do but yell vivas
to baseballs, milkshakes, and those sociologists
who would clock me
as I jog into the next century
On the power of a great, silly grin.
Now include and use the ACECES strategy which is the graphic organizer below to write an explanation of how one of the individuals in this selection is affected by a border crossing. Use examples or details to support the answer. Rubric: Ideas/Purpose (8 points) - What is the "border" and how does it affect the character? E
Explain the connection between the A & C
Example: The author further shows (insert the idea about a border crossing). From this the reader realizes (insert a deeper understanding of the quote's significance. What is the author wanting the reader to learn?)
S
So, what does it all mean?
BIG IDEA-Sum it up! What universal idea about people can we gain from this? Or, what does this tell us about humans in general?
The poem takes a very ironic stance on the enjoyable activity of jogging, which for most Westerners is associated with a leisurely stroll along a promenade or street for one's own health. He uses the term "jogging" in jest because Soto's employees are forced to flee for their lives.
What is a theme of a poem?A poem's theme is the message the author wants to get across in the work. The main idea, which distinguishes it from the theme, is what the text is primarily about.
Gary Soto addresses concerns about Mexican Americans' employment circumstances in his free verse poem "Mexicans Begin Jogging." The tale of the illegal factory workers who are forced to flee when the police show up for an inspection clearly illustrates the existence of racial issues in society brought on by inequalities.
