HELP FROM MY TEACHER I GOT:
Tell me about the five components of fitness. What are they?
How do you improve cardiorespiratory endurance by applying the FITT principle?
What is the Maximum Heart rate? Is there a way to calculate?
What are the five levels of intensity?
What is the difference between aerobic and anaerobic?

Answers

Answer 1
5 components of fitness are flexibility, body composition, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and cardio respiratory endurance. The 5 components are exercise activities that are health related. Cardio respiratory endurance can improve by applying the FITT principle because it keeps your heart rate up. The maximum of your heart rate is 60% of your max heart rate. The digestive between aerobic and anaerobic is that Aerobic refers to your body using oxygen to produce energy while Anaerobic means your body producing energy without oxygen. The 5 levels of intensity is daily activity, base, heart health, & media/seat.

Hope it helps :).

When was the last time you compared yourself to someone? Probably not long ago. We live in a society that pushes us to compare ourselves with others. Not only that, it also encourages us to rely on external approval to feel good about what we do. However, all this is slowly undermining our self-esteem.

To love yourself just the way you are doesn’t mean that you give up on improving yourself. Rather, it means that you understand and feel that you have value right now. So here, comparisons can give us information, even motivation. But it becomes negative when we do it too much, resulting in permanent dissatisfaction and envy. So love yourself!
