through representatives from each colony
through speeches given in New York
through printed packets
by word of mouth
Answer:
C. through printed packets
Explanation:
The Federalists refers to a group of people who were keenly interested in the ratification of the federal constitution of the United States of America in 1787. They unanimously believed and agreed that the Articles of Confederation wasn't adequate or sufficient enough to enhance good governance and serve the needs of the United States of America and as such required a new government having greater powers at the national level.
Some of the notable members of the Federalists were Benjamin Franklin, George Washington etc.
The Federalists were a group of people who were well funded, organized and as a result made use of the printed media extensively.
Hence, the people learnt about the arguments posed by federalists through printed packets stating why the people should give approval or consent to the new constitution.

A police officer responds to a call about a young person with a gun sitting on a park bench. Upon arriving at the park in his cruiser, the officer tells him three times to “show your hands.” The young person did not show his hands and may have reached toward his belt. Within two seconds of arriving, he was shot and killed by the police officer. The young person turns out to be 12 years old and the gun turns out to be a toy. Is this a justifiable use of force by the officer? Explain your answer.
Answer: I would suggest looking at the Tamir Rice and Tyre King cases. Most of the 911 calls describe them as men with guns, and don't indicate an age. Now police officers don't have the luxury of knowing whether or not a gun is fake, and that's why it's a dangerous job. In both cases, the 911 operator failed to mention that these "guns" these young boys were carrying might be fake, and that they are most likely juveniles, so their was a miscommunication there that could've saved someone's lives. In regards to the Tamir Rice's case, the fatal shot that killed Rice was shot within seconds of the officers arriving on the scene. Why wouldn't an officers first instinct not be to neutralize a suspect non-lethally? These are hard questions and answers. Now parents fear that if there child is seen playing with a toy gun outside then they may be shot and killed. I guess by law they replica guns are indistinguishable and if an officer fears for their lives it's justified. Personally, I think it isn't it's very clear looking at Tamir Rice he is a child!!! I think deadly force should be a last result, and for them to pull a gun on him without evaluating the scene makes me think it had more to do with racial stereotyping more than anything.
Gun powder remains on someone's hands even after they wash their hands.

Looking at the response vehicles (pictured above), explain two options you have in order to abide by the Move Over law
The correct answer to this open question is the following.
Although you forgot to attach the picture of the vehicles, we can say the following.
The two options you have in order to abide by the Move Over law is that as soon as you see the first response vehicle coming your way, you have to move. If you can't move over for whatever reason, or in the case you are driving on a two-lane road, you have to reduce your speed. The law indicates that your speed reduction must be 20 mph less than the official speed limit.
This way, first response vehicles such as ambulances, police cars, sanitation vehicles or wreckers, can pass through and get to the site as soon as possible to offer help.

Answer:
Abstract
Presidential influence is partly a function of the partisan, economic, and international context within which the president governs. Presidents are, however, more than bystanders relying on the political milieu for policy opportunities. Recent scholarship demonstrates that presidents consciously influence this milieu and build political capital by campaigning for congressional candidates. We contribute to this literature by assessing the effects of presidential campaigning on legislative support for two presidents who governed under extremely dissimilar circumstances: Bill Clinton in the 106th Congress and George W. Bush in the 108th Congress. We find evidence of campaign effects on congressional policymaking during both administrations.

Answer:
This is the Supreme Court opinion on the case of United States v. Fields. Abel Fields, a resident of California, is being tried for violating the Stolen Valor Act which was signed into law in 2006. In 2011, Abel Fields attended a city meeting about public safety.
He spoke publicly at the meeting, explaining that his military experience gave him the knowledge to speak with authority about public safety issues.
During his speech, he claimed that he had served in the military for eight years. He also claimed that he had received the Purple Heart, a prestigious medal. However, each of Fields’s claims was false. He had never served in the military, and he had never received a medal. After being found guilty and charged with an $1,000 fine, Fields appealed the court’s decision which brings us here.
Abel Fields argued that the Stolen Valor Act was unconstitutional, and that his right to free speech had been violated, therefore, I will be taking in a count of several similar rulings on other cases to help me make a decision.
